These masks are compliant to Viral Filtration Efficiency tests (VFE) which determines the filtration efficiency of the test particles.
These masks are compliant to Bacterial Filtration efficiency (BFE) and Differential pressure (Delta P).
The BFE test determines the filtration efficiency of test particles by comparing the bacterial control counts upstream of the test article to bacterial counts downstream.
The Delta P test determines the breathability of test particles by measuring the differential air pressure on either side of the test particle
